My Background

Welcome! I’m a licensed mental health counselor with a background in working with children, adolescents, and families. I support youth with a variety of diagnoses including anxiety and depression. I work with youth diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder along with their families, and continue to be an advocate for this population. In addition, I am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and counsel children and adolescents to process past traumas and events, develop safe skills, and reshape negative thoughts and behaviors. I also work with clients to develop coping and social skills, and connect families in strengthening their relationships.

I offer both in person and virtual sessions- our new location at 706 Manitou Rd Hilton, NY 14468 is open every day of the week (after school and weekend slots included).
